Become a Church Planter
The biblical model of churches in the New Testament following the teaches of Paul is to plant/establish a church in a local setting and assign leadership to continue the work of teaching the gospel and making disciples of Christ. Therefore, DCA recognizes the need to train those who have been called into the gospel ministry. Our goal is to assist Pastors with the best practices of planting or starting a church. DCA has a proven successful history of church planting. Pastors will be assigned to a pastor/mentor who has successfully launched their own church. That pastor will walk with them through the difficult journey of understanding the challenges of launching a church. The training will include everything from understanding the administrative/legal structural set up to picking a location, selecting equipment, and preparing for the first day of service.
Pastors are under no obligation to become a part of The Mount Global Fellowship of Churches. The Mount Global Fellowship of Churches has no legal authority over any pastor or pastor’s church. Each church will be legally autonomous and operate with their own independent board of directors. For pastors who desire to become a Mount Global Fellowship of Church’s pastor or church plant, there is an application process. Once the application is approved, you will be assigned a mentor who has successfully launched a new site as well as access to specific online training materials. DCA will also provide in person training and/or zoom classes to further your skill set and prepare you for leadership and launching of your church. This training process can take between 18-24 months (or more in certain circumstances).
The application process is opened once per year. There are a limited number of accepted applications per year. You must have been a member of Destiny Circle Alliance Advanced Membership for at least one entire calendar year before you are able to apply for The Church Planting and/or Mount Church Plant program of study. Destiny Circle Alliance reserves the sole and exclusive right to open or not open enrollment for any given year. Acceptance into the program is not automatic.
