DCA is open to pastors, ministers, church leaders, non-profit leaders, and business leaders.  It is our goal to meet the needs of seasoned pastors as well as emerging leaders focused on ensuring the Kingdom of God permeates throughout their leadership.

DCA will include a diverse group of pastors, leaders, churches, and non-profits (para-ministries) from all denominations and from all over the world.  We strongly believe there is strength in numbers.  By joining DCA, you join a team of devoted servants, who together, can hold one another accountable for integrity and credibility in ministry leadership which is so desperately needed today.  In addition, with individuals spread across the U.S. and world, there will always be someone accessible to answer your questions, meet with you, and continue to provide you the support you need in your time of challenges.

DCA is an independent fellowship and does not request that you terminate any existing investment you may have in other fellowships or pastoral coverings.  We are here to come alongside any existing fellowships to complete the voids that may exist.

Joining DCA is an investment in your future growth. Your investment fee covers monthly zoom trainings, meetings, access to the Library of Resources, as well as access to team members who will pray for you, answer your questions, and provide counsel. Your investment also includes reduced registration rates and preferred seating during the annual convocation meeting.

In addition to the annual investment fee, individuals have the option, for additional fees, to access other services and training.
